STILL GOING STRONG
CDC's Still Going Strong campaign speaks directly to older adults ages 65 and older, and their caregivers with the goal of raising awareness about the importance of preventing injuries and staying connected to maintain optimal health as we age.
Instead of lecturing older adults about all of the steps they should take, this campaign leads with a compelling theme that served as the common thread for healthy aging. Connection to the people and the things we love is the key to living a long and healthy life.
With over 235K impressions and 94K views, the PSA turned favorite activities into a motivating journey of perpetual motion through socialization, and in formative testing of materials with older adults, over 90% of respondents felt positive about staying active and healthy after seeing the campaign materials.
I was responsible for evolving this campaign, which I originally created in 2019, to showcase the power of connection and speak to a diverse array of older adults. From layout to typography, to the art direction of the photoshoot and video production, by working with an incredible team we were able to capture the vitality of healthy aging.
